I'm a Georgia girl, Go Dawgs, born in Royston, Georgia, raised in Powdersville, I attended Wren High School, home of the Hurricanes, and went on to receive my degree in Marketing. I have an amazing husband and two wonderful boys, 21 and 18, which are the light of my life. I worked in banking for 15 years, then transitioned into commercial property management with AVTEX Commercial Properties, located in Greenville, SC for four years. After AVTEX I worked with MAX Property Management learning the ropes of residential property management. I received my South Carolina Property Manager In Charge license through Wyatt Institute in 2012 and started Total Property Management LLC. Total Property Management has been my passion since day one! I love all aspects of real estate, architecture, and design. Meeting new people is exciting for me and I feel like each one has or has had a purpose in this journey that I'm so lucky to be on. I hardly ever meet a stranger and
will talk to anyone about anything.

Born and Raised in the North - North Atlanta that is and Norcross, GA to be exact. Alumna of THE University of Georgia, THE current CFP National Champions. GO DAWGS! I had worked in Education until I moved to Simpsonville, SC 15 years ago with my husband of 25 years. We have 5 kiddoes 24,19,16,14,12 and a tweenie named Oscar. Current hobbies and interests include Pickleball, Crafting, Watching anything on HGTV, entertaining friends and volunteering at my children’s schools and my church.
I have been a team member of TPM since February 2022.

Amey made a personal visit to walk through my home, before I hired her, to give me an accurate rental estimate and tips on preparing my home for prospective tenants. The process to market the house and find tenants was quick and seamless. They took care of photography, listing, and showing the home.
